Refer to this guide if you’re having trouble signing in or cannot see your collection.
- Please make sure you are connected to the internet.
- If you're on Android and facing issues, try disabling Wi-Fi and switch to mobile data instead.
- A few users reported success with this method. The issue could be related to the router or the internet service provider. We are actively looking for solutions.
- I am getting one of these error messages: “An account with this email already exists” or “The password is invalid or the user does not have a password.”
- You might see this error if you’re using an email and password, but your account was created using “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google.” Make sure to use the method you originally chose to log in.
- Please note that when you sign in with Google, Apple, or Email + Password, each option created a separate account up to January 8, 2025, even if you used the same email address.
- So if you’re logged in but can’t find your collection, double-check that you’re using the same sign-in method you used previously.
